Insurance validation
(We have only 3 calendar days after delivery to claim the insurance).
It is important to mention that we have had very good results in shipments with the packaging of your order, the reason why we send you the photograph is because this is how you should receive it.
1. In case you do not receive this packaging the best thing to do is not to accept it, photograph it and notify us immediately, or accept it with the legend in the signature area under reserve.
2. Open it immediately, check it in detail and notify us that everything is correct, if it is the case.
In case you need to validate the insurance, you must:
- Photograph the largest box (master) in which your order goes, its protections, and if it has any external damage, it is convenient that it is appreciated in the photos.
- Photograph when the larger box (master) is opened and the smaller box(es) can be seen.
- Once this is done open the small box, in the photo you should see the big box open, the small box open; where you can see how the piece was wrapped.
- A photo of the piece alone where you can see the damage caused.
- A photo of the damaged pieces as a whole (if applicable).
- It is very important not to throw anything away; that is to say, neither the broken pieces, nor the packaging (it is a fundamental requirement of the parcel service to keep it).
3. Send photos of the pieces by mail to hola@lachicharraceramica.com
Remember that the photo must be at a distance that the damage and the packaging can be appreciated.
4. Describe the damage to the packaging and the pieces one by one (depending on the amount of damage).
